Job Summary:
Coordinate and monitor administrative and teaching-research activities, promote program and faculty evaluation, and provide pedagogical support to teachers.

3. Coordinate tutoring activities and define class schedules
Maintain administrative and teaching-research organization, guided by institutional guidelines (PDI), policies (PPI), and pedagogical plans (PPC), and provide teaching-pedagogical support to faculty.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:**
Monitor the execution of scheduled activities, as well as teacher and student attendance;
* Submit, semiannually, to the Course Council and the Directorate, a report on Coordination activities;
* Periodically evaluate course activities and programs, as well as students and teaching and non-teaching staff assigned to the course;
* Propose or submit proposals, per the Bylaws, for establishing sequential courses, technology courses, and developing research projects, extension programs, or extracurricular, cultural, or sports events;
* Define class schedules for each term’s disciplines;
* Set dates for student assessments administered by faculty according to the academic calendar;
* Coordinate tutoring activities, including conducting selection processes and defining seminar presentation schedules for tutors;
* Register faculty schedules in RM;
* Establish annual goal plans to be fulfilled according to PCC, PPC, and DCN requirements;
\- Increase student enrollment and reduce dropout rates; \- Plan and promote conferences in the field of the course;
* Monitor the number of classes delivered by course faculty;
* Coordinate course class allocations with Academic Supervision;
* Comply with and ensure compliance with the General Bylaws and/or MIDDI, as well as applicable ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Completed Lato Sensu and/or Stricto Sensu postgraduate degree relevant to the Law program;
Undergraduate degree in Law;
Relevant professional experience (minimum one year of teaching).
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:**
Company integration programs and sectoral procedure manuals;
Basic Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
