Work at an award-winning company in the electronics segment ### **Store Assistant Manager – LOFT Design** Location: Shopping mall Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Workload: 44 hours per week Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM ### **About the Company** LOFT Design is the largest and most awarded franchise network in the electronics, accessories, and smartphone and tablet technical assistance segments. Since 2013, it has operated over 40 stores across Brazil, combining technology, innovation, and design. ### **Job Description** We are seeking a Store Assistant Manager with commercial leadership skills, results orientation, and excellence in customer service. The professional will be responsible for supporting team management and ensuring optimal operational performance, guaranteeing achievement of targets and adherence to franchise standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Act as a lead salesperson in both in-person and digital customer service * Support team management, development, and motivation * Monitor individual and store performance indicators * Ensure compliance with operational processes and franchise standards * Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of the sales team ### **Requirements** * Prior leadership experience in retail * Experience working in shopping mall stores * Strong focus on sales and targets * Good communication, organization, and persuasion skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Completed high school education Preferred Qualifications: * Courses in leadership and sales * Affinity with technology ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance: BRL 26.00 per day * Transportation allowance * Discounts on brand products * Corporate University (UNILOFT) * Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities ### **Compensation** * Base salary: BRL 2,050.91 or 4% commission (whichever is higher) * Additional 40% trust position allowance * Total: BRL 2,870.06 ### **Performance Bonus (Monthly)** * Individual: starting from BRL 800.00 * Store-based: starting from BRL 1,600.00 Exceeding Targets: * For every 10% above target: BRL 50.00 increase in individual bonus * For every 10% above target: BRL 100.00 increase in store bonus ### **Average Monthly Earnings** BRL 4,000.00 to BRL 6,000.00 Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
