




Job Summary: Senior HR Analyst responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration, Benefits Management, Training & Development, Job Evaluation & Compensation, and HR Strategy. Experience in Training & Development, Job Evaluation & Compensation, and HR Strategy. **SENIOR HR ANALYST** **Location:** Thomaz Coelho, Araucária / PR. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing end-to-end Recruitment \& Selection processes, including job profile definition with managers, job posting, resume screening, technical and behavioral interviews, and report preparation; Personnel Administration activities, including validation of onboarding documentation, verification of medical examinations and legal registrations, preparation and management of employment contracts (probationary, extensions, amendments, and terminations), electronic timekeeping and hour bank control, payroll closing support, vacation management, leaves, absences, and probationary period monitoring; Benefits Management, including supplier negotiations, control of enrollments, cancellations, and data updates, cost analysis, and proposal of improvements; Training \& Development activities, including annual training plan development, tracking of mandatory and technical trainings, and support for career and succession planning; Job Evaluation, Compensation, and HR Strategy management, including updating the job classification and compensation plan, analyzing job placements and internal movements, monitoring HR KPIs (absenteeism and turnover), supporting HR goal and policy definition, and participating in audits; Conducting climate surveys, developing action plans, supporting internal communication, organizing corporate events, and directly assisting leadership in people management, feedback delivery, and conflict mediation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role * Solid experience in R\&S, HR Administration, Benefits, T\&D, and Job Evaluation \& Compensation * Knowledge of HR metrics and strategic HR practices * Analytical and strategic mindset, professional demeanor, and strong ethics **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 4\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Coffee and lunch at the cafeteria * Meal Allowance – R$ 550,00 * Fuel Assistance (one full tank per month) * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * TotalPass (gyms and wellness) * Vida Link (pharmacy discounts) * Career Framework – professional development and growth within the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Career Framework – professional development and growth within the company * Vida Link (pharmacy discounts) * Life Insurance * TotalPass (gyms and wellness) * Fuel Assistance (one full tank per month) * Health and Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance – R$ 550,00 * Coffee and lunch at the cafeteria
