Logistical support and tracking of goods **Expected start date of activities: 01/26/2026** Job Responsibilities: Customer service (in-person, telephone); Preparation of product and freight quotations; Direct contact with customers, suppliers, and the factory; Issuance of fiscal invoices and order billing; Issuance of Electronic Transport Receipts (CTe) and MDF; Support in checking goods to be dispatched; Dispatching and tracking deliveries with transport companies; Entering information into control spreadsheets (logistics and transportation); Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of Target system or similar systems; Flexibility regarding working hours Note: Salary increase is possible based on knowledge and performance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break.
