Organized, proactive profile with strong analytical skills **Law Firm in Curitiba/PR is hiring:** LABOR LAWYER **Employment Type:** Associate **Compensation:** R$6\.000,00 to R$8\.000,00 (depending on experience) **Benefits:** Variable compensation **Work Format:** Hybrid (to be agreed upon) **Working Hours:** Business hours, Monday through Friday **Residency Requirement:** Curitiba/PR or metropolitan region Law degree with active OAB registration Postgraduate degree or specialization in Labor Law or Labor Procedural Law (completed or in progress); postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law will be considered a plus Proven experience in Labor Law at the mid-level, including handling medium- and high-complexity labor claims Experience in Banking Law (individuals) will be considered a plus Solid knowledge of labor legislation and labor procedural law, including hearing routines, deadlines, appeals, and negotiations; experience in banking labor claims will be valued Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in the Electronic Judicial Process System (PJe) and other electronic systems of Labor Courts Knowledge of legal software; experience with CPJ will be considered a plus Willingness to travel is required Organized, detail-oriented, proactive profile with strong analytical and legal writing skills Immediate availability to start **Responsibilities:** Drafting and reviewing medium- and high-complexity labor procedural documents (petitions, defenses, rebuttals, appeals, objections, diverse motions); representation in in-person and/or telepresence labor hearings, including evidence collection, conciliations, and oral arguments when necessary; providing legal advisory services to clients, including labor consultation, clarification of technical issues, and guidance on risks and strategies; monitoring procedural deadlines, official publications, and case developments while keeping the firm’s system updated; analyzing labor-related documents (employment contracts, pay slips, time records, agreements) to support defense strategies or claim filings; participating in internal meetings; handling consultative labor matters and administrative matters before the Ministry of Labor; contributing to the development of legal arguments and strategies; and performing other duties relevant to the position. **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA variable compensation
