




Job Summary: Manage and implement quality programs, assist in insurance management, supervise department staff, and monitor claims. Key Highlights: 1. Auditing of units and employees across various processes. * **Responsibilities:** Manage and ensure execution of the organization's quality programs; Assist in managing the Insurance Department; Assist and guide tasks performed by department assistants and support staff; Assist in administering personnel within the Insurance Department; Manage and disseminate information related to Cargo Insurance and PGR; Assist in financial management of suppliers; Approve and implement ISCAS; Create, approve, and audit SM, P\&C, and CKL creation processes with GR. ok Request and assist in managing escorts; Receive, monitor, and communicate cargo-related or asset-related claims; Audit units and employees (all inherent processes including Operations, HR, and fleet); Create and manage physical and virtual files; Create and assist in managing spreadsheets; Request (when necessary) authorization for employees, affiliates, and fleet in GR; Monitor the system daily to take corrective action; Manage authorizations for employees, affiliates, and fleet in GR; Handle pending issues, losses, damages, and indemnification processes.
