Our primary projects focus on high- and medium-voltage transmission lines and substations. **Our Values:** * Honor our word; * Maintain humility; * Be honest; * Be efficient; * Believe and work; * Be passionate about what we do; * Share knowledge; * Go to the field; * Think before acting; * Learn, correct, and progress; * Care for people and the environment; **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering; * Relevant experience in this role; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel—advanced level), AutoCAD, ERP SIENGE, MS-Project (advanced), Primavera P6, and BI (Dashboards); * Project analysis—Basic and Executive; * Contract and technical data analysis for power substations; * Construction execution process for substations and transmission lines; * Design of electrical power substations and transmission lines (electromechanical, civil, and electrical); * Legislation and technical standards; **Your Routine as Contract Coordinator:** * Coordinate activities performed by department staff, providing performance feedback when necessary, proposing improvement actions and training for personal development, suggesting reassignments, evaluating hires, and managing conflicts—ensuring department deliverables are executed with quality and in accordance with expected parameters; * Mediate between site construction teams and project engineering teams when project interferences are identified, collaborating to eliminate identified obstacles and ensuring proper sequencing of activities; * Develop and maintain an updated physical/financial execution schedule for the project, ensuring information remains current for trend analysis and monitoring of construction progress and financial disbursements; * Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) detailing all project activities hierarchically to support analysis and definition of necessary execution strategies; * Plan, schedule, and control involved activities; develop and maintain updated labor and equipment histograms to perform measurements of completed services for submission to clients—ensuring initial project assumptions are met and client expectations fulfilled; * Manage the schedule and assess identified risks, ensuring appropriate solutions and immediate project adjustments where required; * Issue Service Requests (SS) and Purchase Requests (SC) to quantify and track supplies during construction execution, and obtain necessary approvals to ensure uninterrupted workflow; * Develop KPIs and managerial reports related to project execution; * Identify risks that may impact the initial budget, propose mitigation solutions, and define action plans to reduce or eliminate such non-conformities; * Assign tasks among team members, providing technical guidance when needed, coordinating resources, equipment, and information to support adherence to scheduled timelines; * Support interdepartmental and interpersonal communication regarding the current status of ongoing projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget commitments are met; * Control the issuance, revision, and approval of engineering documents using digital tools to comply with the execution schedule and ensure timely procurement of supplies for field activities; * Interface with suppliers to resolve technical queries, uphold agreed-upon terms, and meet stipulated deadlines. **Work Schedule:** * CLT employment—44 hours per week * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * On-site—Rua do Semeador, 429 – CIC – Curitiba/PR **\#JoinEngetecnica** * We value a strong culture of feedback and individual meetings (1:1), reinforcing continuous development; * PDI – Individual Development Plan, enabling each employee to gain clarity and direction in their journey with us; * A structured Career Development Plan, encouraging sustainable professional growth within the company; * At Engetecnica, our employees are symbolized by swallows—a representation of agility, adaptability, and the ability to face change lightly.
