Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, storing, moving, and shipping materials and products, ensuring warehouse organization and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and finished products. 2. Perform order picking, packaging, and shipment. 3. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stock identification. Responsible for controlling, storing, moving, and shipping materials and products, ensuring warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and adherence to customer delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and finished products. * Perform order picking, packaging, and shipment according to sales orders. * Verify invoices, purchase orders, and transportation documents. * Record material receipts and issuances in the ERP system. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stock identification. * Conduct periodic and full physical inventories, investigating discrepancies when necessary. * Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. * Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, if certified). * Ensure proper product identification and packaging during storage and transportation. * Support Production, Procurement, and PCP departments in material supply. * Comply with quality, occupational safety, and 5S procedures. Requirements * Reside in Pinhais and/or nearby regions. * Completed high school education. * Experience in warehousing, inventory, or shipping. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office). * Experience with ERP systems. This position requires 100% on-site work. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 (40 hours per week) Benefits: * Medical assistance – Unimed Enfermaria plan for the employee, subsidized up to R$ 360.00 per month.
