Responsibilities: * Assist with daily operations in a cosmetics and perfumery store; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Organize and restock products on shelves, maintaining a clean and well-organized store; * Participate in internal training and development programs to enhance professional skills and product knowledge; * Contribute to achieving sales targets, consistently striving to exceed them. Skills: * Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the cosmetics and perfumery sector; * Basic knowledge of cosmetic and fragrance products is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; Availability to work at Shopping Barigui.
