Job Summary: The Transportation Analyst will plan, monitor, and optimize logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, costs, and continuous improvement at GP, an importer and distributor. Now, we want you to accelerate growth with us! ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** At GP, the Transportation Analyst plays a strategic role in our logistics operations. Day-to-day, you will: * Plan and schedule pickups, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring efficiency, timely execution, and appropriate cost control; * Monitor transportation operations in real time, tracking ETAs, incidents, returns, and deviations; * Analyze freight costs, carrier performance, and SLAs to identify cost-saving opportunities; * Support route optimization and capacity planning to maximize vehicle utilization; * Prepare reports, KPIs, and action plans, collaborating closely with internal departments and suppliers; * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics network. ### **What we expect from you:** To play this game with us, we expect you to have: * A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in transportation operations, carrier management, and freight cost analysis; * Knowledge of TMS systems, route optimization, transportation regulations, and delivery monitoring; * Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for data and KPI analysis; * An analytical, organized mindset with a strong sense of urgency and effective communication skills; * Negotiation ability and strong relationship-building skills with logistics partners.
