Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory. Technical courses in Logistics, Administration, or Inventory Management are desirable. **Technical Knowledge** Inventory control Warehouse organization Basic Microsoft Office suite ERP system experience (TOTVS RM) is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** **Material Receipt** Receive materials and equipment delivered by suppliers. Verify received materials against the Purchase Order. Check quantities, supporting documentation, product integrity, and specifications. **Inventory Control** Record material receipts in the company's system. Monitor inventory levels and inform the purchasing department of replenishment needs. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements. **Invoice Entry** Enter incoming tax invoices into the company's system. Verify fiscal data, values, taxes, and linkage to the Purchase Order. Ensure accurate registration of information for financial and inventory control. **Storage** Organize materials appropriately within the warehouse. Correctly identify stored items. Ensure appropriate storage conditions. **Material Distribution** Pick materials for projects or requesting departments. Record material withdrawals in the system. Control delivery of equipment and tools. **Inventory** Conduct periodic inventory counts. Report discrepancies identified. Support internal audit and control processes.
