Job Summary: We are seeking an active, committed, and organized professional to work in the Tax Department, performing invoice entry, supporting tax calculation, and assisting with ancillary tax obligations. We are looking for an active, committed, organized professional with strong interpersonal skills to join our Tax Department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform entry and classification of service invoices; Support the calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSRF); Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations, such as EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, EFD\-Reinf, DCTFWeb, and municipal tax declarations (ISSQN); Perform tax reconciliations among tax ledgers, reports, and the accounting system; Issue payment receipts for independent contractors, verifying applicable taxes and withholdings; Organize and control tax and electronic files; Provide support during tax inspections, audits, and internal/external requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; Familiarity with tax routines is desirable. **Additional Information** *Working Hours:* Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – with a 1-hour break. *Benefits Offered:* Health Insurance (after probationary period); Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit Program; On-site Meal; Meal Voucher; Breakfast at the Company; Transportation Voucher.
