**Responsibilities and Duties**
* We serve as the bridge between families and the school. In the customer service area, we welcome parents and guardians, offering in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and email support. We handle inquiries and requests related to finance, academics, and daily routines such as early dismissals. We also receive visitors and new students, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from the very first contact. Our commitment is to deliver human-centered, efficient, and approachable service, reinforcing the school-family partnership.
* Welcome and support parents and guardians, assisting with financial and academic matters and clarifying questions;
* Provide support to coordination and leadership teams whenever necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or having completed high school;
* Availability for 6 hours per day, in the **morning** (7:00 AM to 1:00 PM);
* Easy access to Colégio Positivo Jardim Ambiental (Alto da XV);
* Affinity with people and empathy toward children (fundamental for success in this role);
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact clearly and warmly with diverse audiences.
