Propose innovative solutions and optimize costs and processes **Title:** Senior Designer **Job Summary:** The Senior Designer is responsible for the development, detailing, and optimization of technical projects, ensuring compliance with functional, regulatory, and quality requirements of the company. Acts as a technical reference for the team, proposing innovative solutions, reviewing complex projects, and mentoring junior and mid-level designers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design high-complexity mechanical, electrical, or multidisciplinary projects using SolidWorks software. * Develop innovative technical solutions, optimizing manufacturing costs and processes. * Conduct critical project analysis to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and technical specifications. * Supervise and guide junior and mid-level designers, promoting knowledge transfer. * Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and efficiency. * Participate in technical meetings, project presentations, and delivery schedule planning. * Support strategic decision-making for projects and investments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field). * Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex projects. * Proficiency in CAD/CAE software and simulation tools. * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the company's industry segment. * Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate across multiple departments. **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical ability and systemic project vision. * Creativity and proactivity in problem-solving. * Experience in industrial or automotive projects is a plus. * Advanced technical English.
