Job Summary: Supports multidisciplinary teams responsible for highway conservation and maintenance, contributing to the execution of technical, operational, and administrative activities. Support for annual budgeting and demand control Supports multidisciplinary teams responsible for highway conservation and maintenance, contributing to the execution of technical, operational, and administrative activities. Works on-site and/or in the office, ensuring necessary support for the smooth progress of road infrastructure services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in performance indicator monitoring; * Support in contract management, service measurement, balance control, validity period, and other related tasks; * Support in preparation of documents for service tendering; * Support in preparing reports for internal and external demands; * PowerPoint presentation development; * Power BI dashboard development; * Support in annual budgeting: preparation and monthly follow-up; * Support in demand control via management software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience** * Completed high school education; * Technical education in engineering-related fields is desirable. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** * Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license category B is desirable. **Additional Information** **100% On-site Position \- Curitiba/PR** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PRS), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing Lot 1 of the Paraná State Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This stretch includes the North and South bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections among municipalities in the Curitiba Metropolitan Region, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in central-southern Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization projects for the highway network, plus allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. These investments cover a variety of improvements, such as mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing systems and scales, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local employment and supporting regional development. According to the federal government, an estimated 81,700 direct and indirect jobs will be created, along with fiscal contributions to the municipal governments of the 18 cities served by this highway network.
