**About the Position**
We are seeking a Nursing Technician to work in an integrated medical clinic, focusing on conducting examinations and providing patient care. The professional will be responsible for performing technical tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and organization during patient care, as well as contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
The role also involves significant responsibility in team organization and supervision of trainees, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct examinations, including:
* Ergometric test
* Electrocardiogram (ECG)
* ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring)
* Holter monitoring
* Spirometry
* Prepare and instruct patients for examinations;
* Assist physicians during procedures and evaluations;
* Install and remove examination equipment (ABPM, Holter, ECG), instructing patients on proper usage;
* Monitor vital signs and clinical conditions during patient care;
* Organize, sanitize, and verify examination equipment and supplies;
* Record information in medical records and systems;
* Support patient flow, ensuring service efficiency and quality;
* Comply with biosafety regulations and internal protocols.
**Team Management and Support**
* Coordinate and guide trainees in daily routines;
* Supervise the execution of practical activities;
* Ensure process standardization and quality of patient care;
* Assist in organizing patient flow and departmental workload.
**Additional Responsibilities**
* Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness;
* Monitor and request supplies and materials as needed;
* Provide humane and ethical patient care;
* Report incidents to the responsible team;
* Act in accordance with professional council regulations and institutional guidelines.
**Requirements**
* Completed Technical Nursing program;
* Active registration with COREN;
* Experience with examinations;
* Knowledge of ECG, ABPM, Holter, and spirometry;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in team coordination or supervision;
* Proficiency with healthcare administrative systems and routines.
