




Job Summary: The Reservation Assistant will serve customers, provide information about the hotel and rates, update the reservation system, and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting analysis and suggesting modifications to reservation procedures. *If you are proactive, organized, and driven by challenges, join the Bristol Hotéis team!* *We are seeking a Reservation Assistant to work at our administrative center in Curitiba.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer customer calls, providing general information and clarifications regarding the hotel and its rates, in accordance with established criteria and standards; * Enter customer reservation information into the system; * Ensure full compliance with Reservation Department procedures; * Support the Reservation Supervisor and/or Front Office Coordinator in analyzing and suggesting necessary adjustments; * Continuously monitor/verify hotel availability and jointly analyze changes with the Reservation Supervisor; **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word); * Intermediate English (preferred); * Familiarity with hotel management software (CM); * Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and empathy toward customers. **What We Offer** Salary to be negotiated Benefits: Meal voucher (VR), Food allowance (VA), Health insurance, Dental insurance.
