What You Need: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience or knowledge in commercial areas or the financial market, with ability to analyze scenarios and propose appropriate solutions for our customers (considered a plus); Customer Service experience; ANBIMA certification (CPA-10, CPA-20, or CEA—considered a plus). Active listening, analytical capability, negotiation and argumentation skills, consultative profile focused on solutions and retention. What You Will Deliver: Serve customers holding Private Pension plans with Bradesco Seguros; Build and strengthen long-lasting relationships, focusing on trust and excellence in customer experience; Understand reasons prompting customers’ withdrawal requests and act strategically on retention; Identify customers’ investment profiles, respecting their life stage and financial goals; Present customized solutions balancing risk and return, always prioritizing sound financial guidance; Contextualize the current economic scenario and consequences of potential withdrawals.
