Senior Technical Analyst (Systems Support) \- RP 19501 \- FIEP System (FIEP, SESI, SENAI, and IEL) What are the key challenges and responsibilities? Provide technical advisory support to technical teams (safety and health) on the area’s computerized systems, including resolving service tickets, analyzing inconsistencies, recommending IT-based solutions, conducting training sessions, etc.; Provide technical advisory services to internal departments and partner organizations by applying institutionalized standards and procedures to standardize practices and ensure compliance; Monitor and analyze technical and managerial indicators (KPIs) using dashboards and reports, proposing continuous improvement actions; Document processes, standards, and operational manuals using institutional templates, ensuring traceability, quality, and up-to-date knowledge; Monitor performance of deployed solutions (usage, satisfaction, adherence), implementing action plans to correct deviations and enhance service delivery; Support internal/external audits by organizing evidence and follow-up activities, ensuring adherence to institutional standards and guidelines; Conduct in-person and online technical visits to SESI units (various regions). **Requirements:** What are the main requirements? Completed undergraduate degree; Preferred fields: Information Systems, Administration, Engineering, Health, or related areas; Preferred postgraduate degree/MBA in Information Systems, Project Management, Processes, or related fields; Experience with computerized systems (SOC), in a technical-operational capacity; Experience in occupational health and safety; Practical experience in defining requirements and technical specifications for occupational health and safety, monitoring indicators, and managing suppliers; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Intermediate knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation; Intermediate knowledge of project management (planning, monitoring, risk management); Intermediate knowledge of indicators and managerial reporting (KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, SDCA, SMART goals); For internal candidates, eligibility criteria per PL 0031 (4.2.3) must be met. **Learn more about this opportunity:** **Work location:** SESI Headquarters (Av.
