Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for analyzing and controlling accident risks, proposing safety and well-being improvements, and implementing accident and disease prevention programs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze work methods and processes to identify occupational accident and disease risk factors, as well as the presence of environmental agents harmful to workers, proposing their elimination or control
* Conduct training for employees
* Verify compliance with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements
* Identify ways to improve professionals' health and well-being at the workplace
* Implement accident and disease prevention programs in workplaces
* Master the company's culture and processes
* Develop action plans to continuously improve processes and correct non-conformities
* Inform employers, through technical opinions, about risks present in workplaces, as well as advise them on elimination and neutralization measures
* Inform workers about risks associated with their activities, as well as elimination and neutralization measures
* Recommend, request, and inspect fire protection equipment
* Cooperate with environmental activities, advising on industrial waste treatment and disposal, and raising worker awareness and engagement
* Distribute and monitor the use of personal and collective protective equipment
* Conduct technical visits, audits, and prepare inspection reports
* Recommend safety devices or improvements, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities
* Diagnose needs for developing specific institutional programs to address employees' harmful habits
* Conduct analyses of environmental aspects and impacts related to existing or new activities, products, services, or projects, aiming to generate information for compliance with applicable legal and corporate requirements
* Perform other related and inherent professional duties
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School and completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Specific legislation on Occupational Safety
* Knowledge of accident analysis and investigation methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa
**Desirable:**
* Emergency Brigade Training
* Project Management and Performance Indicators

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM**

Job Type: Permanent CLT Contract
Compensation: R$4.700,00 per month
