Focus on compliance, sustainability, and cost analysis **Responsibilities** * Procurement planning: analyze project requirements in coordination with engineering and planning teams. * Quotation and negotiation: request quotations, compare proposals, and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Supplier selection and approval: evaluate suppliers’ integrity, technical capability, and legal compliance. * Purchase order issuance: record and formalize purchases in ERP systems or management platforms. * Delivery monitoring: track delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive as specified. * Contract management: draft, review, and monitor supply contracts to ensure adherence to clauses. * Reporting and KPIs: prepare cost analyses, supplier performance reports, and procurement efficiency metrics. * Compliance and sustainability: ensure procured materials comply with environmental and social standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of construction materials / civil engineering. * Negotiation skills * Analytical ability * Planning capability * Ethics and transparency Desirable: * In-depth knowledge of construction materials and inputs used in projects, including technical specifications and reliable suppliers. * Proficiency in ERP systems and management tools (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Sênior Mega or similar), as well as Excel spreadsheets. **Knowledge of ABC Curve** Compensation: Up to R$5.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
