**JOCA Brinquedos** has operated in the toy retail sector in Curitiba/PR for over 25 years and is expanding its digital presence across its official website, social media platforms, and marketplaces. We are hiring a professional to create and adapt images, banners, and visual content for our digital channels. Work model * CLT employment contract. * On-site work in Curitiba/PR, Boqueirão neighborhood. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with lunch break. * Salary: R$ 2.050,00 per month. * Benefits: transportation allowance and meal voucher. This position does not offer remote, hybrid, freelance, PJ (individual entrepreneur), or service-contract arrangements. Key responsibilities * Create images for products, campaigns, website, and social media. * Process and standardize images received from suppliers. * Design banners for the official website. * Create social media posts. * Adapt visual assets for Instagram, WhatsApp, website, campaigns, and marketplaces. * Remove backgrounds, adjust framing, proportions, brightness, contrast, and overall visual quality. * Use ready-made images, supplier-provided images, editing tools, and AI-powered resources. * Photograph products on an as-needed basis. * Organize image files according to company standards. * Support the visual publication of products and campaigns across digital channels. Mandatory requirements * Availability to work on-site in the Boqueirão neighborhood, Curitiba/PR. * Interest in CLT employment. * Practical experience in creating, editing, or processing images. * Experience designing banners, posts, or other visual materials for commercial use. * Familiarity with image editing tools. * Understanding of visual composition, proportions, framing, and standardization. * Organizational skills to manage files, deadlines, and high-volume material workflows. * Proactivity, commitment, creativity, and attention to detail. Preferred experience We seek a candidate with hands-on experience creating visual materials for companies, stores, e-commerce sites, social media, marketplaces, catalogs, or similar activities. Internal training will focus on company standards, products, daily routines, and utilized channels.
