Does it align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, monitor, and execute the offering schedule for online postgraduate course disciplines, ensuring appropriate allocation of faculty responsible for teaching. * Manage, record, and update information related to discipline delivery, guaranteeing traceability and organization of academic and operational data. * Contact coordinators and faculty to issue formal invitations for teaching assignments, aligning expectations, deadlines, and scope of instructional activities. * Conduct faculty training on operational and institutional procedures for online classes, including educational platform usage, internal workflows, and pedagogical best practices. * Monitor faculty performance during discipline delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, established deadlines, and defined quality standards. * Request and track faculty hiring, formalization, and payment processes with responsible administrative departments, ensuring adherence to internal workflows and deadlines. * Administer satisfaction surveys among faculty, consolidate results, analyze indicators, and share key findings with academic coordinators to support continuous process improvement. * Monitor academic and operational performance indicators for courses and disciplines (e.g., quality of synchronous sessions, faculty engagement, schedule adherence), proposing adjustments and improvements whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Education or Management-related fields. * Experience in Distance Education (EaD), preferably in postgraduate programs. * Experience interacting with and supporting faculty and coordinators. * Knowledge of LMS and synchronous class tools (Teams, Zoom). * Ability to organize, monitor schedules, and manage academic activities. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and analytical ability. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Knowledge of educational data analysis, including interpretation of academic and operational indicators. * Experience or familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, simple dashboards). * Experience in developing, monitoring, or automating performance indicators. * Prior experience in continuous improvement or optimization projects for academic or educational processes. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network. * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll. * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR. * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction. * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms with monthly fee deductions from payroll. * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, with two monthly consultations free of charge. * "Conte Comigo" Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor law), financial and pension consulting. * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across multiple sectors, offering special discounts on services and products. **Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on several factors.
