Job Summary: The professional will provide technical supervision for building maintenance and construction services, support the team, and ensure compliance with established standards. Prepare technical surveys and request quotations * Provide technical supervision for building maintenance and construction services, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Conduct daily inspections of ongoing services to identify deviations, needs, and opportunities for improvement. * Assist in providing technical guidance to the operational team, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and regulations. * Act as a liaison with requesting departments, clarifying doubts and collecting information regarding maintenance and construction demands. * Support service scheduling jointly with the supervisor and coordinator, organizing priorities according to criticality. * Prepare technical and quantitative surveys of required materials, supplies, and services. * Manage quotation requests to suppliers and third-party service providers. * Support furniture form management by consolidating departmental requests and soliciting quotations from carpentry workshops. * Provide technical and administrative support to the maintenance team, integrating information for management purposes. * Ensure timely updating and recording of information in internal maintenance and control systems. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * Proven experience * Experience in hospital maintenance is an advantage * Active and valid CRT \- 04 registration Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.034,99 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
