Together, let’s keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities:** * Manage, supervise, and oversee work teams’ activities on construction sites by analyzing and discussing planned tasks with the civil engineer or site foreman, establishing correct task routing and performance using appropriate processes and tools aligned with internal company procedures and the Quality Management System. * Supervise all site professionals, ensuring activities are carried out according to project plans and specifications, using appropriate processes and tools, in compliance with internal procedures, the Quality Management System, and occupational health and safety guidelines. * Monitor construction site results by evaluating execution stages, ensuring service quality and adherence to scheduled deadlines and guidelines, per internal procedures and the Quality Management System. * Assist in verifying materials and tools available on-site, as well as identifying needs for requisition and validation with the site foreman and/or engineer. * Guide workers on daily tasks and monitor service execution, motivating the team to maintain productivity and reporting activity progress to the site foreman. * Monitor work pace, record service progress, identify failures, suggest adjustments to improve performance, ensure adherence to established deadlines, and control material consumption. * Verify work schedules, manage attendance and punctuality, mediate conflicts, ensure compliance with internal regulations, and foster team integration. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a production craftsman (e.g., laborer, mason, carpenter) * Completed high school education **Desirable:** * Professional training course in construction supervision **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Medical and Dental Assistance * Birthday Day Off * Voa Pride * Inova Pride **Pride – Take pride in your story.**
