Proficiency in using manual and power tools We seek committed individuals with experience, attention to detail, and a desire to grow alongside our team. **Job Description:** * Cut, assemble, and finish components made of MDF, wood, and other materials; * Operate machinery and manual and power tools (e.g., saws, sanders, drills, routers, etc.); * Perform adjustments and repairs on furniture components and structures; * Ensure measurement accuracy and product finishing quality; * Organize and maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to internal and safety regulations; * Monitor usage of materials, tools, and departmental equipment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a carpenter; * Experience with custom-built fitted furniture; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans for custom-built fitted furniture; * Proficiency in using manual and power tools; * Completion of elementary education; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical blueprints. **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Free parking * After probation period: Health allowance of R$300.00 added to meal voucher + basic food basket.
