Job Summary:
A professional responsible for measuring, analyzing, and inspecting architectural projects to ensure execution and alignment with client requirements.

**Your Daily Responsibilities:**
· Use Promob's standard measurement template to record measurements;
· Open floor plans in Promob, including points, openings, plasterboard details, etc.;
· Record measurements, highlighting items required by sales staff, and photograph the environments;
· Analyze technical questionnaire information received with the client's folder;
· Assess whether structural adjustments were made to the original project due to construction;
· Verify whether module planning aligns with existing appliances, hydraulic and electrical points, as well as finishes and accessories;
· Evaluate product ergonomics and functionality;
· Analyze final values to verify whether the value quoted during the sale matches the verified value, using the system management revision report;
· Determine whether third-party purchases are needed and issue purchase orders accordingly;
· Prepare the standard execution folder provided and review all information to ensure completeness;
· Request a signed document from the client and/or architect specifying dimensions, technical details, finishes, and critical responsibility alerts;
· Perform necessary imports and quotations for order submissions:
· Prepare quotations in Cinex “My Way”, local purchases, and special drawings (CAD);
· Import project files into the FoccoLOJAS management system;
· Verify the item list;
· Prepare the standard technical folder available in Storage;
· Review the technical folder together with the assembly team, detailing components and special situations (with component list);
· Visit assembly sites to better understand potential solutions during inspection;
· Participate in post-assembly inspections using the execution folder to identify errors (scheduling will be handled by the assembly supervisor);
· Implement requested modifications during assembly via technical pages for assembly technicians;
· Provide CAD drawings and specifications of required components when inspection errors occur;
· Maintain a log of requests during assembly in Trello.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in architecture, design, or related fields;
· Postgraduate studies in related areas;
· Proficiency in project modeling software (Promob and AutoCAD);
· Familiarity with SketchUp and Photoshop;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
· Experience as a designer/project planner;
· Knowledge of the high-end furniture market;
· Understanding of lighting, plumbing/electrical systems, finishes, etc.
