Job Summary: Support the Engineering team in managing both the engineering office and the construction site, ensuring high-quality and compliant execution of luxury residential projects. " **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the Engineering team in managing the engineering office and the construction site. Analyze and coordinate project documents to ensure services are executed correctly according to technical specifications. Assist in construction planning, monitoring schedules, costs, and supplies to ensure timely project delivery. Quantify material requirements and support procurement processes according to site needs. Monitor and inspect service execution together with foremen and supervisors, ensuring quality and compliance with design documents. Organize and monitor the weekly activity execution schedule. Support integration of new teams by guiding them on procedures, Work Instructions (WIs), and internal standards. Assist in completing the Construction Diary and technological control, ensuring material traceability and compliance with technical standards. Conduct quality inspections using Service Verification Sheets (SVS), Work Instructions (WIs), and system entries in InMeta, tracking non-conformance resolution. Oversee construction quality management by reviewing documents, designs, and execution processes. Inspect apartments and common areas, verifying finishes, customizations, and contractor/service provider execution compliance, ensuring final delivery quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proactive, organized, and committed profile. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. Leadership potential and initiative. Creativity and problem-solving ability. **EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering or Architecture, from the 5th semester onward. **COMPENSATION:** Fixed stipend \+ Meal Allowance **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM\). **WORK LOCATION:** Porto Belo/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Internship Agreement
