We are looking for a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly significant projects. * Define and lead executive planning guidelines and strategies for projects, ensuring predictability and adherence to deadlines; * Manage and integrate Engineering, Procurement, and Production departments, ensuring alignment among planning, projects, and contracting activities; * Lead demand, production, and materials planning, ensuring appropriate resource allocation throughout construction projects; * Supervise the development and monitoring of production plans, ensuring achievement of targets and productivity; * Manage and consolidate physical schedules for projects; * Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to timelines and resources, implementing strategic action plans; * Monitor performance and productivity indicators, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency gains; * Identify bottlenecks and lead schedule recovery plans; * Consolidate and present managerial and executive physical progress reports to support senior leadership; * Ensure integrated collaboration with site teams during development and monitoring of plans; * Conduct strategic alignment meetings with internal stakeholders; * Structure, standardize, and optimize corporate-level planning processes and routines. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid experience in planning and control of high-end residential construction projects; * Proven experience in leadership or coordination roles within planning teams; * Proficiency in managing physical schedules; * Advanced knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar); * Experience with indicator analysis and physical-financial control; * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; * Must reside in Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú, or nearby regions.
