**Job Objective**
Strategically coordinate operational HR processes, ensuring data reliability, operational workflow efficiency, and decision-making support through KPIs and managerial analytics—directly impacting operational results.
**Main Responsibilities**
Coordinate payroll closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines, legal compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and internal guidelines.
Ensure governance and integrity of working hours data, managing and analyzing operational inconsistencies.
Design, monitor, and analyze strategic operational and HR Operations (HR Ops) KPIs.
Develop and maintain managerial reports and dashboards in Power BI, transforming operational data into strategic insights.
Support regional and corporate leaders in performance interpretation, deviation identification, and action plan definition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with partner areas (Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology) to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the analytical maturity of the team, reinforcing a data-driven management culture.
**Technical Requirements**
Experience in operational HR management, especially working hours control and timekeeping payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
Advanced-level Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours and timekeeping (preferred).
