We act as growth partners, combining professional management, governance, market intelligence, operations, and strategic connections. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * Develop and monitor the annual budget and forecasting cycles, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Support monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy of journal entries and integrity of financial information. * Produce management reports (reporting) for leadership and shareholders, providing clear visibility into results and projections. * Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) for real-time business monitoring. * Conduct profitability, cost, and expense analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Collaborate with business areas such as Product, Commercial, and Operations in building financial models and strategic analyses. * Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial policies. * Contribute to the evolution of financial processes, enhancing efficiency, automation, and reliability in departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What do you need?** * Experience in controller functions, FP\&A, or auditing, with focus on financial planning and analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Solid knowledge of managerial accounting, performance analysis, and financial metrics. * Ability to work with large volumes of data, transforming information into strategic insights. * Experience developing executive reports and presentations for various hierarchical levels. * Knowledge of financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and budget monitoring processes. * SAP experience is desirable. * Advantage for professionals with experience automating reports and finance routines using Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar tools. **Additional Information** #### **What is an advantage for this position?** * Analytical mindset and decision-making orientation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. * Proactive profile with autonomy to manage tasks and propose improvements. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments and organizational levels. * Business acumen, logical reasoning, and focus on operational efficiency. #### **Work Format and Benefits:** * CLT employment contract * On-site work format * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Meal allowance and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
