We are the pathway to a better career and future. \# \#SomosLear LEAR is hiring a **Senior Product Analyst** in Navegantes/SC to work on automotive electrical harness development. **Responsibilities:** * Support planning and development of automotive electrical harness projects * Develop prototypes for vehicle technical validation * Specify and select components * Prepare and ensure accuracy of the BOM (Bill of Materials) * Prepare, submit, and track DCN, BCN, and DFM * Submit PPAP documentation and IMDS requests * Prepare engineering technical documentation (DCN, Sign-Off, PPI) * Support manufacturing, quality, logistics, and process teams * Collaborate directly with customers and drive cost and technology optimization (CTO) initiatives * Coordinate Tear Down processes **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive electrical harness projects * Knowledge of harness design and development (electrical diagrams, layouts, and schematics) * Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, or SolidWorks) * Experience in product testing and validation * Knowledge of materials used in electrical harnesses (wires, connectors, insulators) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field * Basic project management knowledge (planning, execution, and monitoring) * English (preferred) * Willingness to travel (San Francisco and Curitiba – ~5%) If you seek to work on innovative projects with technical interface and customer interaction in a global environment, this opportunity is for you!
