**Position Title:** Logistics Supervisor
**Location:** Balneário Piçarras, SC – 100% On-site
**Reports To:** Logistics Manager
As a **Logistics Supervisor**, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the efficiency of receiving, warehousing, picking, reverse logistics, and shipping operations, ensuring SLA compliance and inventory accuracy. You will manage the team, promoting safety, continuous improvement, budgetary control, and operational excellence to meet business demands with quality and agility.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure efficiency and accuracy of receiving, warehousing, picking, reverse logistics, and shipping processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate fulfillment of demands
* Manage logistics operations and team by organizing, delegating tasks, training, coaching, and providing feedback, ensuring achievement of goals, adherence to routines, and internal policies
* Monitor order portfolio across online and retail channels, ensuring SLA compliance and proposing alternatives for optimal utilization of available resources
* Manage the full order lifecycle: processing, picking, packaging, documentation generation, temporary storage, preparation, and shipping
* Ensure proper use of equipment and infrastructure, guaranteeing that only qualified personnel operate restricted machinery and equipment, fostering a safe environment aligned with the Zero Accident goal
* Ensure accuracy of information in systems and control spreadsheets, conducting periodic audits and maintaining records to support internal and external audits
* Ensure inventory accuracy (finished goods, consumables, parts and components), organizing and leading cycle counts and counting teams
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer experience
* Support area budget management, headcount planning, recruitment, and team development, promoting culture, strategy, compliance, and diversity
* Partner with suppliers and customers to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
* Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency in e-commerce operations, performing benchmarking, evaluating technologies, automation, layout, and operational models to maintain operational competitiveness
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
* Solid experience with ERP and WMS systems
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
* Prior experience in high-performance logistics operations handling high order volumes
* Experience in team leadership and training, ensuring continuous development and operational excellence
* Experience in inventory control and effective execution of periodic audits to ensure data accuracy
