Job Mission** Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to handle, store, and organize goods in inventory, ensuring product integrity and contributing to the smooth flow of the company’s logistics operations. **2\. Key Responsibilities** **Cargo Handling** * Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack goods. * Transport products between departments as required, following the logistics plan. * Position and organize items in designated locations according to the storage layout. **Safety and Equipment Maintenance** * Conduct daily inspections of forklift conditions, checking safety features, functionality, and fuel or battery levels. * Immediately report any defects, malfunctions, or need for preventive maintenance. * Comply with internal traffic and cargo handling safety regulations. **Supporting Operational Activities** * Assist in organizing and optimizing physical warehouse space. * Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to meet logistics demands. * Follow company-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **3\. Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school. **Experience:** * Prior experience as a forklift operator. **Technical Skills:** * **Mandatory**: Valid **Forklift Operator Certification** (NR11\). * Knowledge of cargo handling and storage. * Ability to operate various forklift models (reach trucks, electric forklifts, LPG forklifts, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail, responsibility, and safety focus. * Agility and commitment to deadlines. * Organization and teamwork. * Effective communication with the logistics team. **4\. Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in distribution centers or high-volume operations. * Familiarity with WMS or inventory control systems. * Additional certifications in occupational safety or cargo handling.
