Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive maintenance, finishing parts, maintaining tools, and participating in improvement projects, ensuring quality and safety. Participate in improvement projects and follow safety regulations Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with certificate). * Perform MPO on equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, aiming to ensure the machine is fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), paying attention to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them properly to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in improvement project execution, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures, aiming to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879643
