Job Summary: A professional to assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs; serve customers; contribute to sales; and maintain organization and cleanliness in the bakery department. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 6 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively displayed, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products, answering questions, and adhering to rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and correctly pricing products per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer relationships; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing items with damaged packaging, expired labels, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional information:** **Work location:** Av.
