Manages post\-sales and warranty administrative routines, supports commercial, administrative, and financial departments, keeps senior management informed about operational progress, and ensures clear communication with teams. Also responsible for supplier management, performance indicator monitoring, equipment, vehicle, and facility maintenance, as well as promoting continuous improvement, organization, safety, and efficiency within the department.
