Support to sales and operations teams An air and sea freight company is seeking an Operations Analyst in Itajaí. **Responsibilities:** Track air and sea shipments. Perform follow-up with agents, clients, and suppliers. Verify documents and update systems. Support cargo pickup, shipment, and delivery. Assist the sales and operations teams.
