Job Summary: PCP responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production to ensure efficiency and integration among sales, projects, procurement, and production. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze projects, manage inventory, and identify production bottlenecks. Our client, a company in the carpentry sector, is seeking a PCP to work in the Morretes neighborhood of Itapema/SC. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, schedule, and control production to ensure efficiency, Meet deadlines and maintain integration among sales, projects, procurement, and production. Develop production schedules by department and issue production orders according to productive capacity. Analyze technical drawings and bills of materials, manage raw material and work-in-process inventory, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements in planning. Monitor production KPIs and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in PCP, preferably in the furniture or industrial sector, Knowledge of production processes and ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency in Excel. ERP experience is a plus. Valid driver's license. WORK HOURS Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:10 PM to 5:00 PM WHAT WE OFFER Fixed salary EMPLOYMENT TYPE CLT On-site
