Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for pursuing continuous improvement of operational processes, conducting physical inspections, and ensuring support for institutional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Engagement in continuous improvement of various operational processes. 2. Responsibility for inspections and support of classes and events. 3. Focus on identification and preventive resolution of operational issues. ***Responsibilities and Duties*** Drive continuous improvement of operational processes related to maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, parking, security, and service providers; Conduct physical inspections of campus infrastructure, tracking service requests, notifications, and performance indicators; Ensure adequate support for classes, events, and other institutional activities; Proactively identify and resolve operational issues; Develop and maintain up-to-date operational procedures for the area; Maintain communication with internal departments, schools, external stakeholders, and service providers; Inspect classrooms, restrooms, auditoriums, and outsourced services, monitoring quality and functionality; Monitor tenants, manage physical spaces, and assist in class relocations; Prepare reports and track infrastructure-related service requests. ***Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); Ability to travel for physical inspections across campus facilities; Intermediate computer skills for spreadsheet development, report writing, and system usage; Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 4:15 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM, with a 15-minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Compensation: R$3.100,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan Workplace: On-site
