Job Summary:
Inspect and ensure the quality of produced bikes by evaluating finish, torque values, and packaging, while also participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Inspect 100% of produced bikes using our 47-point Soul Checklist
* Evaluate paint finish with technical criteria: levelness, gloss, uniformity, and absence of defects
* Verify torque values using a torque wrench, cable routing, and component alignment
* Inspect premium packaging: protective materials, user manual, certificate, and process photos
* Execute inspection and sanitization protocols for bikes in inventory prior to dispatch
* Record and communicate non-conformities clearly and objectively
* Participate in weekly continuous improvement (Kaizen) meetings
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education
* Minimum 1 year of experience in QC, inspection, or production
* Attention to detail and technical rigor
* Commitment to quality without shortcuts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with bicycles or precision mechanics
* Interest in cycling or sports
* Experience using structured checklists
* Methodical and proactive profile
