If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you! **Scope of Work:** * Handling and resolving service tickets; * Providing technical support and addressing requests; * Administration and maintenance of wired and wireless networks; * Configuration and management of VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls; * Management and maintenance of Windows and/or Linux servers; * Support and administration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments; * Support for ERP and CRM system operations; * Basic maintenance and support for CCTV environments and related infrastructure; * Execution of backup routines and operational continuity activities; * Implementation of information security policies; * Infrastructure monitoring and technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Experience in IT infrastructure, networks, and CCTV; * Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint. **Desirable:** * Experience with Sienge ERP and/or CRM systems; * Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward, or graduated in Information Systems; * Software Engineering or related fields; * Certifications will be considered a plus: CCNA, MTCNA, Ubiquiti (UniFi or similar); * Experience with corporate firewalls, virtualization, monitoring, or cloud. **Competencies:** * Organization; * Responsibility; * Analytical mindset. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Day off; * Fruit day.
