Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Negotiation and follow-up: Collect feedback on submitted proposals and provide support to the sales team. Client relationship management: Build and maintain a relationship of trust with the client base, ensuring satisfaction and closing new business deals. Market analysis: Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure proposals remain attractive, competitive, and up-to-date regarding available service options and routes, aligned with each client's specific needs. Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Sales Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
