Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Information Technology Technician for technical support, equipment maintenance, and IT infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support and preventive/corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Assembly and configuration of workstations and computer networks. 3. Technical training in Information Technology/Networks, proactivity, and teamwork. We are looking for a proactive **Information Technology Technician**, with strong communication skills and a willingness to solve technology-related problems. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of CN Empreendimentos' IT infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, ensuring proper equipment operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Replace components (memory, HDD, display, etc.) and manage warranty claims when necessary. * Assemble and configure workstations according to company internal procedures. * Configure computer networks, including printers and other devices connected to the LAN. * Possess basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (IPv4) for network connectivity. * Install and configure operating systems and software according to company requirements. **Additional Information:** * Technical qualification in **Information Technology** or **Computer Networks**. * Ability to work effectively in a **team**. * **Proactivity** and strong **problem-solving skills**. * An **organized** and **responsible** profile. * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with **technical support platforms**. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits card; * Health and dental insurance; * Psicofaz (psychological counseling); * PEX (annual performance bonus); * Tuition assistance; * SESC membership; * Cine CN (internal movie screenings); * Birthday Day Off.
