Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Warehouse Clerk to manage materials on construction sites, with a focus on receiving, inspection, inventory control, and strategic support. Direct support function to construction sites **Position: Warehouse Clerk / Material Control – Construction Sites** We seek an organized, responsible professional with experience in material control to provide direct support to our construction sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing materials, tools, machinery, and equipment. * Monitor minimum stock levels, consumption rates, and critical materials to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Sort and supply materials, PPE, and uniforms to construction sites according to work orders. * Track returns of materials and equipment, performing inspections and maintaining records. * Issue and verify invoices for incoming, outgoing, and returned items. * **Prepare material quotations with suppliers, based on construction site requirements and internal requests.** * **Complete and maintain updated internal warehouse process checklists.** * Keep the warehouse and storage areas organized, properly labeled, and aligned with internal storage and safety standards. * Support periodic inventory audits and inventory controls. **Requirements:** * Minimum 12 months of experience in this field. * Education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience in construction environments is desirable. **Important:** This is a strategic role for ensuring smooth construction progress. Organization, accountability, and process-oriented thinking are essential.
