Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cash operations, customer service, loss prevention, and product management, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in product organization and restocking **Responsibilities and Duties:** Results; Organization and cleaning of the cash register; Correct execution of the cash bag deposit; Assisting in verifying replenishment of supplies (bags, copy paper, etc.); Proper use of the Saber system and consulting the cash procedure manual whenever necessary; Deactivating alarms on all products purchased by the customer; Verifying which items are intended as gifts and following the standard procedure; Confirming that the system correctly registered all purchased items; Attention to billing and payment processing for each customer; Verifying the authenticity of invoices; Checking and informing the manager if the customer failed to purchase any item due to lack of color and/or size; Processing exchanges upon request from the manager or assistant manager, according to established standards; Ensuring loss and damage prevention; Reporting inventory surplus or shortage to the manager; Participating in meetings with the manager or assistant manager; Maintaining store property and equipment; Recording attendance and strictly adhering to the scheduled days off; Customer Service: Greeting all customers; Executing the standard Polo Wear customer service protocol; Ensuring all customers leave the store satisfied; Exclusive HR Document – Polo Wear; Informing customers about promotions and emphasizing higher-margin products; Offering additional products; Ensuring and asking customers whether they found everything they needed; Building customer loyalty Compensation: R$2.235,00 – R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Must be over 18 years old Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site
