Closing procedures with Customs Brokers. Financial reporting to clients. Verification and recording of incoming invoices (NFs). Organization and control of fiscal documents. Generation of tax forecasts based on billing revenue. Ensuring entries are recorded in the correct accounting period. Analysis of tax accounting for state and federal taxes. Inventory control. Tasks related to standard duties of a Foreign Trade Billing Analyst. Position based in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as an International Collections Analyst, International Billing Specialist, Foreign Trade Analyst, or Billing Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
