Monitor and control customs clearance with customs brokers, approving agencies (MAPA, Anvisa, Federal Revenue, etc.), and other stakeholders. Verify and validate import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, etc.). Monitor shipment follow-up, lead time deadlines, shipping and arrival status, ensuring compliance and process agility. Calculate costs involved in operations (taxes, fees, warehousing, freight) and update internal spreadsheets / controls.
