Liaising with internal departments and handling non-conformities A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Customs Clearance Import Analyst in Itajaí (Centro). We offer customized solutions for optimizing processes and developing talent. **Responsibilities:** Execute end-to-end import processes, including document analysis, verification of LI, DI, DUIMP, and other registrations on the Siscomex portal. Monitor and control customs clearance with customs brokers, approving agencies (MAPA, Anvisa, Federal Revenue, etc.), and other stakeholders. Verify and validate import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, etc.). Monitor shipment follow-up, lead time deadlines, shipping and arrival status, ensuring compliance and process agility. Calculate costs involved in operations (taxes, fees, warehousing, freight) and update internal spreadsheets / controls. Request international freight, insurance, and logistics service quotations, supporting negotiations with agents and suppliers. Maintain and update internal systems with operational data and performance reports. Direct interface with internal departments (purchasing, finance, logistics) for process alignment and receipt planning. Address non-conformities, pending items, or requirements from the Federal Revenue and other agencies, proposing corrective actions.
