




Job Summary: The professional will perform generalist HR duties, supporting HR and Personnel Administration (DP) processes—from recruitment and selection to labor-related routines and employee onboarding. Onboarding and ongoing support for employees **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Confidential Industry" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monthly payroll closing, assisting in the process jointly with the accounting office, Assisting in reviewing documentation from third-party companies, Leading the onboarding process for new employees—including company presentation, internal policies, and necessary guidance—to ensure structured adaptation aligned with organizational culture; Supporting the R\&S process—from aligning job requirements with managers to new employee onboarding—by managing external recruiters, screening and pre\-selecting resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews with leaders, aiming to identify candidates matching both role requirements and organizational culture; Supporting operational execution of HR programs—such as Study Grants, career path maintenance and benefits management, job opening creation and tracking, and leadership follow-up—addressing daily demands and contributing to improved employee experience; Assisting with hiring, termination, vacation, and other departmental tasks in coordination with the accounting office, Performing electronic timekeeping verification and management—monitoring work hour records to ensure accurate calculation of working hours and timely submission of data to the accounting office; **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in HR—recruitment, selection, follow-up, training, onboarding, and HR metrics Experience in labor-related routines—timekeeping, vacations, banked hours, hiring, and terminations; Generalist HR experience; Experience with R\&S platforms Knowledge of Banked Hours Management Systems **REQUIREMENTS:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Experience in DP and HR routines **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Salary expectations to be evaluated **BENEFITS:** Flash Card, Health Insurance, and Education Allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — with break **WORK LOCATION:** Balneário Camboriú/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
