The Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor’s mission is to develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies in compliance with legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and supervise occupational health and safety services; * Guide and train occupational health and safety technicians; * Conduct studies on accident and occupational disease prevention; * Develop and implement procedures for accident and occupational disease prevention; * Prepare training materials on occupational health and safety policies and standards; * Issue PPP (Professional Profile Profile), CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms), and manage documentation related to work/occupational accidents; * Lead the preparation and development of technical reports related to occupational health and safety; * Monitor labor ministry inspections and provide the company with required information and records; * Establish partnerships with third-party contractors to support the company’s safety processes; * Implement and manage occupational health and safety performance indicators; * Seek continuous improvement to optimize and automate processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and specialization in Occupational Health and Safety; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in regulatory norms; * Team leadership skills; * Third-party management experience; * First aid certification. **Additional Information** Founded in 2006 in Joinville, Rôgga Empreendimentos operates in Balneário Piçarras, Barra Velha, Penha, Itajaí, Itapoá, Joinville, and Jaraguá do Sul.
